Join us on Saturday 26 April from 11:00 to 14:00 at Kewstoke Village Hall for our Caring for Carers event.

Led by our fantastic team of volunteers, this event is a chance for unpaid carers and their families to learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing and a range of wellbeing activities.

What to expect:
🧘🏻‍♂️Wellbeing taster sessions, including reflexology and mindful cake decorating
💬 Opportunities to connect with other carers and community organisations
