Big Wall: New Public Artwork Launch

Join us for the launch of bold and brilliant new public artworks for Worle, co-created by Weston-super-Mare–based artist Sarah Dicks and a group of local young Art Activists.

Known for her playful aesthetic, and vibrant colour pallette, Sarah brings a splash of humour and heart to this exciting community project. Inspired by the voices, ideas, and imagination of the Art Activists, the resulting murals are rich in colour, meaning, and magic. With a nature-connected theme, and location specific details - like the pineapple W**d that grows between cracks in the pavement in the area - the mural tells a story rooted in people and place.

From 11am–1pm, the Big Wall Art Activists will be hosting an info table—stop by to learn more about the project and grab a free badge!

This is a joyful celebration of youth voice, creative collaboration, and the power of public art to spark conversation and connection. Come see what they’ve created - we’d love to see you there!
