Six women. Six stories. One archive that holds grief in many forms.
Inspired by Good Grief Weston, Grief as Grace invites you into a calm and thoughtful space where food and conversation are shared in one room, and an intimate audio archive unfolds in another.
We honour grief in all its forms – the loss of loved ones, the loss of home or relationships, the loss of connection to culture and place, and the quiet mourning of a former self. These stories carry love, survival, and the ways we navigate life as it changes around us.
In conversation with six Black women from our region, this living archive honours memory and makes space for healing.
Families are welcome in the communal space. Visitors are invited to bring ear defenders, fidget toys or stimming devices if this makes the experience more comfortable.
