Meditative Dance

Ladies!
Join us in the barn for an expressive, music-driven movement meditation designed to shake loose what no longer serves and reconnect you to your truest self. Our theme of the evening is FREEDOM. This class will be facilitated by Amanda Larkin, Shamanic Practitioner and Founder of Witchy Wonder’s Farm, this guided journey moves through grounding, activation and liberation—All are welcome.
No dance experience needed.
