Beginner Barre

Join Debi for a Beginner Barre class - a fun, energizing blend of yoga, Pilates, and ballet-inspired movement that builds strength, stability, and flexibility. This class is designed for all levels, especially those who are new to barre or looking for a supportive, low-impact way to move their body.

Debi will guide you step-by-step through foundational movements, helping you focus on posture, core strength, and controlled breath. With her encouraging style and clear instruction, you’ll feel empowered, aligned, and reconnected with your body by the end of class.
