Enjoy a gentle aerial yoga practice focused on grounded poses supported by a hammock, followed by a community acupuncture treatment. Deepen your self-care practice with this powerful combination of modalities to cultivate wellbeing on all levels, help accelerate the healing process and remove stagnation. For your protection and support, wear a tight-fitting t-shirt with sleeves, as well as tight-fitting long pants that cover the knees. Avoid wearing clothing with zippers or ties, jewelry, hair clips, and long nails to prevent damaging the hammock. Refrain from wearing oils, perfumes, and lotion so they do not get absorbed in the hammock. Bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, any pillow or bolster props you wish to use for extra support, a water bottle, and an eye mask - if you have one. Fee: $24 for Members/City Residents and $29 for Non-Members/Non-City Residents. Minimum age to participate is 18 years old. Cancellation Policy: No refunds are given unless the spot can be filled by another participant. If the WFFC has to cancel, we will reschedule it or issue a refund.
