*Event Full* Live Animals (VINS) with the Hitchcock

Join the Hitchcock and the Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS) for our FREE Summer Reading Kick-Off Event at the Westfield Community Center!

VINS will be presenting their "Color Our World" program (see description below) and afterwards, attendees will be able to sign-up for our Summer Reading Program and enjoy snacks & coloring. This program is appropriate for ages 4 & up.

THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER IS 85 PEOPLE, AND WE WILL BE CUTTING OFF AT AROUND 75.

VINS "COLOR OUR WOLD" PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Discover a world where owls turn pink, and tree trunks can blink in “Color Our World!”. In partnership with the Vermont Summer Reading Program, meet three of our animal ambassadors, and learn how nature’s palette can startle, impress, and even fool the eye! Witness the rainbow of techniques our wildlife uses to hunt, hide, and survive in this 45 minute program geared towards families and children of all ages!
