Refusing to be defined by injury, she adapts, rediscovers joy in riding, and inspires resilience through nature. Her journey is a powerful story of strength and overcoming limits.


CULTIVATING CHANGE | 6.43 minutes | by Trevor Laffin | Maine | Short synopsis: Cultivating Change is a short film by Maine-based filmmaker Trevor Laffin, following Michael Scannell of Madeleine Point Oyster Farms. It highlights his journey in aquaculture and his efforts to mentor young Mainers and those from underrepresented backgrounds.
