### **🏓 Table Tennis Summer Camps **

#### **1. Why Table Tennis?**
- Improves reflexes, coordination, and focus.
- Fun for all skill levels (beginners to advanced).
- Safe and inclusive (no heavy physical contact).

#### **2. Basic Rules**
- **Scoring:** Games go to **11 points** (win by 2).
- **Serves:** Must bounce on your side, then opponent’s.
- **Doubles:** Alternate hits with your partner.

#### **3. What We’ll Teach**
- Grip (shakehand or penhold).
- Basic strokes (forehand, backhand, spin).
- Footwork and strategy.

#### **4. Equipment Provided**
- Balls (3-star quality).
- Rackets (bring your own if preferred).
- Portable nets/tables.

#### **5. Safety & Etiquette**
- Wear sneakers (no sandals).
- Respect opponents and rotate turns.
- Hydrate and take breaks!
