Grief Support Group - West Union

Grief Support Group is available to anyone who has experienced a loss.

Date: Every Thursday for eight weeks starting April 10, 2025, ending May 29, 2025
Time: 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Location: Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital, Executive Board Room, 112 Jefferson St., West Union, Iowa

Throughout this eight-week program, facilitators will lead a structured support group to bring individuals together to share thoughts, experiences and feelings regarding their loss. Using a grief book, “Understanding Your Grief" (which participants get to keep), the facilitators help people understand what they are feeling. There is no charge to attend.
