Memorial Day MURPH & BBQ

Join us on Memorial Day to honor those who served, by doing the hero wod “MURPH” in any variation that suits you. Partner, half, and other options are all welcome, it’s about being together and remembering those who gave everything.

⏰ There will be TWO heats in WODify, 8am and 10am. Doors open at 8am for warmup and the first heat will kick off at 8:30.
🇺🇸 Wear USA or red, white & blue!
📸 We will have a photographer taking photos @captured.by.allison for both heats!
💰 $20 drop-in : sign up via WODify
🍔 BBQ & potluck! Coach Tanya will supply the grill, and we will have you covered with burgers and hot dogs and the fixings! Bring a dish to share and please comment what you’d like to bring so we don’t overlap.
🍹 BYOB! We will have O2 recovery drinks to share.
👕 We will even have a vendor this year selling cool handmade items @madebylaneco
