The Four Agreements with Rev. Georgia Prescott

We are inviting all café members, volunteers, and their friends who are clean and sober to join us for a new 4 week class called “Four Agreements You Can Make With Yourself." We all make agreements with ourselves everyday. We agree or disagree to get
out of bed in the morning when our alarm goes off, we agree or disagree to follow a food plan that makes us healthy, we agree or disagree to accept an apology from someone who has betrayed us. We literally follow dozens of agreements we make each day without even thinking about them.

The Four Agreements we’ll be exploring are ones, if we are willing to make them, can change our lives for the better. The class begins at the Recovery Café on Monday, July 21st at 1:45pm, and runs for 4 weeks.
