Open Studio at The Nest

Welcome to Open Studio—an hour of personal practice and creative flow in the welcoming atmosphere of The Nest. This is your time to do what you need most: unroll your mat and move through your favorite poses, sink into stillness with meditation, sketch or journal your thoughts, sip a warm cup of tea, or simply soak in the ambient vibe. Each session includes a thoughtfully curated playlist (posted weekly—bring your device and earbuds) to enhance your inner journey. There’s no formal instruction, just a supportive space held in community. Stay afterward for Moving into Meditation—a guided class with Ash Oak, certified yoga teacher, musician, and artist—creating a beautifully layered evening of self-care and soulful restoration.
