FARMERS MARKET WORKOUT: Upbeat Lift + High Fitness

Join F⚡️T Lee County for a Workout in the Park!
Come move, sweat, and have fun at the West Point Farmers Market with a high-energy outdoor workout! We’re bringing you a combo of Upbeat Lift and High Fitness—a mix of strength training and cardio that’s perfect for all fitness levels.

What to Bring:

•Yoga mat
•Tennis shoes
•Weights of your choice (we recommend a set of light and heavy if you have them)

Let’s get strong, feel good, and enjoy the fresh air together! We plan to do this monthly!

No experience needed—every workout is tailored to each individual. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out with questions!

LOCATION: West Point Square Basketball Court
COST: $10/person or use your class pass

Stay and look at all of the other small businesses after the workout! There are tons of amazing businesses that will be attending! Flowers, fruits, veggies, baked goods, etc!
