Evening Sound Bath - Cosy Tipi Vibes ✨

This Thursday we have a change of venue for the woodland sound Bath due to expected showers! Don’t fear though, it’s moving just down the road to the gorgeous Manor Gardens Birling under the cover of a tipi wrapped in fairy lights nestled amongst the trees ✨ magical seems like a fitting description

There are still some spaces available if you wanted to lie back and allow yourself to surrender to the healing frequencies of the bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments on this sound journey.

Starting with a guided meditation you’ll be transported into another realm of calm, relaxation and nervous system reset as the sound waves wash over you.
