Austin Under the Stars Star Party at St. Stephen's Episcopal School

Austin Astronomical Society’s annual Austin Under the Stars star party at St. Stephen's Episcopal School will be held on Saturday, August 16, from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Come enjoy the night sky with our members and their astronomy equipment, look through their telescopes, see photographs, videos, and learn how to find constellations. Laser tours of the sky will be given throughout the night. Saturn and many deep space objects such as double stars, star clusters, nebula, galaxies, and galaxy clusters will be shown. Fun for all ages. Got a telescope for x-mas or your birthday and don’t know how to use it? Bring it and get free advice. Interested in astronomy but don’t know where to start or what to buy?
