Pranks or Peril: The Purdue Tank Scraps with David M. Hovde

Don’t miss this fascinating look into one of Purdue’s lesser-known traditions; one that was banned in 1913, the Tank Scraps. Come and enjoy some fun local history with some tasty pizza courtesy of Arni’s Restaurant.

David M. Hovde, professor emeritus, served in the Purdue University Libraries from 1989 until his retirement in 2017. He has authored or coauthored more than seventy books, book chapters, scholarly articles, conference proceedings, occasional papers, monographs, and scholarly web publications.
