Making Foccacia Bread with Karl

This workshop will take you through the essential principles of making a yeasted foccacia. These principles can be applied to any type of yeasted bread.

You will make bread from scratch with just 5 ingredients: flour, yeast, water, salt and olive oil.

You will learn an easy no knead method which gives excellent results. You can taste the results of your baking and take some bread home. Once you know the basics you can add any other goodies that you desire: onion rings, olives, fresh herbs rosemary, etc.
