Join the West Fargo Park District and Certified Cheese Professional Megan Lewis—Cheesemonger and owner of Milk Made—for a deliciously educational evening exploring the world of cheese! In this interactive class, you’ll gain essential cheese knowledge, discover expert tips for pairing flavors, and learn how to arrange stunning cheese platters. To top it off, you’ll create your own mini platter to take home.
