A Wine Tasting Experience

North Dakota may not be famous for wine—yet—but cold-hardy grapes are changing the story. Join Dr. Greg Cook, NDSU Chemistry Professor and owner of 4e Winery, for a guided tasting that will open your eyes (and taste buds) to the unique world of cold-climate wines.

Here’s what’s in store:

📖 Explore the history and chemistry behind the grapes
🥂 Get tips on tasting, evaluating, and pairing wines
