Open Air Book Fair

Our Open Air Book Fair is dedicated to those in our community in need of their next great read! Come explore a selection of books on our back deck that are free to take home and keep.

This event is open to members of the community who are currently at risk, experiencing housing instability or just in need of our support. We won’t require bookings, you are welcome to just stop by, take your time, and choose a book or two that speak to you! Our booksellers will be here to help with recommendations.

We will have morning tea available while you browse a wide variety of books.

Reading positively impacts mental health by reducing stress and anxiety, encouraging empathy, promoting relaxation, improving focus and allowing us to use our imaginations!

We also need help from those in our community who can! You can purchase new books instore or online for donation. We are also accepting donations of AS NEW books, please drop them off during shop hours in the lead up to 27 September.
