We’re excited to invite you to our brand new 50+ Latin Dance Classes - with a FREE trial class on Thursdays at 11:15am. Whether you’ve danced before or are trying something new, these classes are fun, supportive, and designed especially for adults 50+.

After completing specialist training in dance instruction and curriculum development for seniors, Rio Rhythmics’ Founding Director, Tarcisio, has created a unique program tailored for dancing into, and through, the second half of life.

• Get to know each other and start forming a welcoming community
• Work on body movement, coordination, and fitness (no partner required!)
• Learn foundational partner dance skills in a fun and relaxed environment

These first sessions will give you a taste of what’s to come and set a strong foundation for ongoing classes.
