🌿 A WEEKLY DANCE
A weekly dance on Wednesdays, so there’s always a space mid-week for you to let loose and recharge.

🌿 CONSCIOUS OR INTUITIVE DANCE
No choreography here, nothing to get 'wrong'

🌿 5-10min OPENING GUIDANCE
Invitational, to help you learn the love language of your body or deepen your dance.

🌿 A CARING COMMUNITY TO BELONG TO
Folk sign up for each term, creating a container for care, creativity, and connection.

After a few weeks, we find our dance practice deepens. As our trust of the group grows.

We reveal more and more of ourselves… until we are fully blooming!

🌿 DANCE AS ART AND MEDICINE
Here, we know the path of awakening can be through the body. Healthy as well as fun!

So many folk have grown in confidence, self-expression, intimacy and emotional regulation, through dance.

We also support you to enjoy a daily dance or somatic practice.

Every carefully curated 90 minute dance journey contains a variety of music styles, to help you move through all of your seasons…

FAQS

🌿 Can I come for a one-off dance?
This is a weekly dance club, with a termly membership. You are welcome to TRY OUT as a one-off before deciding if you want to join. If it feels fitting, you'll be invited to join as a weekly member.

🌿 What if I can’t join in Week 1?
You are very welcome to try out any week.
You pay members rates for the remaining weeks (it works out $19/dance if you do that.)

🌿 What does membership involve?
Membership benefits include weekly dances, a membership chat space, playlists and guided somatic audio to continue your daily dance practice, free tickets, and discounts for massages and other events.
