In this session, we’ll explore the production of white and rosé wines, focusing on what makes them so crisp, refreshing, and ideal for summer sipping. You’ll learn about the different styles of whites and pink wines, from vibrant and zesty to light and delicate, and discover how to pair them with the perfect summer dishes.
