Ready to try something new? Join us for four nights of beginner-friendly rugby training designed to teach you the basics, build your confidence, and introduce you to one of the most welcoming sports communities in Iowa.
Whether you’re an athlete looking for a new challenge or just curious about rugby — this is your chance to get involved.
Dates: July 22, 24, 29 & 31
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM (Coaches & players available from 5:30 PM)
Location: Des Moines Rugby Club, 120 39th St, West Des Moines, IA
What to Expect:
• Learn the rules, passing, and positioning in a fun, fast-paced format
• Skill-building stations and small-sided games to help you get comfortable
• Meet coaches and club players who’ll support you every step of the way
• Open to all men and women ages 18+ – no prior rugby experience required
Optional: Register ahead and reserve a club event shirt for $15.
