Sound Bath

Experience love, peace, and connection with your inner-self as James Cozmo and LotusLiz, Reiki Master Teachers, help you reconnect through Sound, Energy, and Vibration. Connect with a loving community in a safe space. We invite you to experience a group soundbath in our intimate space at CENTER ME NOW. We use a variety of instruments such as 432Hz Crystal Bowls, Native American flutes, Handpans, Chimes, Jaw Harps, and more to help you settle your mind, relax, and find center.
