Ordination Celebration!

Hi friends!

We (Rachel, Mechille, and Lewis) would love for you to join us as we celebrate a big milestone in our lives — our ordinations as elders in the United Methodist Church! We’re marking the moment with a relaxed evening at the park, and we’d be so glad to see you there.

The Details:

🕡 6:30 – 8:30 PM
📍 Biddle Shelter at Raccoon River Park (2500 Grand Ave, West Des Moines)

We’ll enjoy some light snacks and spend time with the people who’ve supported and journeyed with us. The park offers beautiful walking trails, lake views, plenty of parking, restrooms, and a big covered shelter with tables — so come comfy and ready to hang out!

Feel free to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket if you'd like, and come as you are. No formal program — just good people, good conversation, and a chance to celebrate together.
