💃🏻 How do I sign up? Participants must create a free account with Pulse if you don’t already have one, sign the liability waiver and pre-register for class no purchase necessary. Search August 9th on our class schedule in our bio or website to register. Limit 1 class per person. Duplicate registrations will result in a deletion from one of the classes. Participants must be at least 14 years old.

What to expect:
💗 Pulse Dance is an exhilarating cardio class This follow the leader format consists of easy to follow, repetitive choreographed dances set to pop, club and hip-hop music while incorporating athletic toning movements for a total body sweat session. All levels welcome.
💗 Pulse Groove is a lower impact version of our signature Pulse Dance. That doesn’t mean the party is any less fun though! You can still expect high energy music, fun dance moves and to break a sweat. With no big jumping movements and a little more repetition, this class is perfect for beginners, those recovering from injuries, active older adults or anyone looking for a less intense dance experience. No prior dance experience necessary.
