8/12 Session One: Root to Rest – Grounding for Relaxation, Breath & Sleep
In this calming and restorative session, you’ll explore grounding techniques that quiet the mind, regulate your breath, and support deep, nourishing sleep. You will learn the science and fell the difference for yourself while we patch you and plug you in to a grounding cord. We’ll guide you through gentle earthing practices, breathwork, and journaling to help you shift from survival mode into a state of rest and repair. Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to the rhythms of nature and your own body.
8/ 26 Session Two: Root to Rise – Grounding for Pain Relief, Movement & Vitality
This dynamic second session focuses on grounding as a tool for physical relief, mindful movement, and energetic alignment. Whether you experience chronic pain, inflammation, or disconnection from your body, we’ll explore simple but powerful practices to awaken awareness, reduce tension, and move with intention. This is about reclaiming ease—one barefoot step at a time.
What to Bring: A pen, a journal, and an open mind.
What to Expect: A safe, welcoming space to ground, grow, and come home to yourself.
Where to Park: Please park in the lot on SIXTH street behind the studio and use the back door which is the main entrance. The door says ENSO on it so you can't miss it!
Each session offers unique tools, the full experience unfolds when both are attended. You will be given a cord and patches to take home and use for the two weeks between sessions.
