Experience true farm-to-table living. From morning harvests to mindful mealtimes, Retreat Center Head Chef Julia Lazar and Retreat Center Senior Farm and Facilities Manager Laura Alexander will teach us to focus on what our food is doing to our bodies and our earth, take in the beauty of the Retreat Center grounds, and reconnect with our relationship to food in a new and informed way.
