There's certain to be some howling, y'all. As always, there are no dance moves you have to follow or expectations to dance with others. Follow the music and follow your body. Create this wild, open space of safety together. YOU make the dance happen! And we are all grateful.
Doors open at 6:45PM
As you enter, get settled and join the dance floor for a period of grounding and invitational "warming up" movement.
Music begins at 7:00PM
We ask everyone to please sign in at the door so that we can keep you in the loop about dance related offerings.
WHAT TO BRING
* Water bottle
* Comfy, layered clothing
* $10 CASH donation suggested
At the opening circle, facilitators of the Dance Collective will say a few words about the space and intention of the dance. After our 1.5 hour of meditative movement/ecstatic dancing, we will circle up for a bit to briefly (and optionally) share our experience before heading out into the world to share our love and good vibes.
*Please note that the dance is a space for adults; childcare is not available at this time.
