Beginner Aerial Class and Shavasana Sound Bath

Aerial Yoga uses fabrics to support and deepen regular yoga poses. The session is designed for people new to aerial yoga (or yoga in general) and will conclude with an extended shavasana while cocooned in the fabric, while Ally conducts a surround sound meditation with instruments around, above, and even beneath you.
