Meditative Art

This class aims to release the idea of perfectionism by utilizing expressive painting, a common practice in art therapy. With the combination of meditation and art, the goal is to leave the class more refreshed, releasing stuck emotions, and with a new artwork to bring home. No art skills required, come with an open mind and willingness to express yourself without the high expectations. All art materials provided.
