**Thursday, July 24, 6:30 P.M. - 7:45 P.M.**
In this group sound healing session with Michael, you will experience a short guided meditation followed by a heart centered multi-instrument journey in sound and vibration.
Michael will use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other sacred instruments to trigger the relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state.
These sounds and vibrations will help change your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state and then to a deeper relaxed theta state, bringing your mind, body, soul, and spirit to complete relaxation and pure bliss. This allows the body to heal and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
