Join us for a soothing evening at our monthly Relaxation Sound Bath, held on the first Monday of each month. Immerse yourself in calming sounds from singing bowls, wind gong, rain disk, and chimes, guiding you through a meditative journey to deep relaxation and balance. This session is perfect for anyone needing a break; no prior experience required.

🌟 What to Bring:
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Comfortable clothing

🌟 Provided for You:
• Padded yoga mat
• Leg bolster
• Weighted lavender eye mask
If lying on the floor is uncomfortable, please message us, and we’ll provide a zero-gravity chair for your comfort. 😌
