Kabbalat Shabbat Service: Laker Guest Artist Featuring Cantor Laurie Akers

Join Us for a special Kabbalat Shabbat service as we welcome Cantor Laurie Akers— a nationally recognized Jewish Rock Radio artist, published songwriter, and founder of the Chicago Sings concert series in addition to hosting her own Jewish Rock Radio program, Pathways to Prayer, and the online Jewish music series, Shir Chadash. Cantor Akers is a member of the acclaimed cantorial trio, Shul Sisters and continues to inspire communities nationwide.
