Diabetes Defense: FREE Workshop with Network Health

Nearly one in three adults aged 65 and older have diabetes, increasing their risk of developing serious complications like heart or kidney disease. The good news is that type 2 diabetes can be delayed or prevented.

If you are pre-diabetic and want to improve your status, join Sam, a certified health and wellness coach, to learn the basics of preventing diabetes, some practical tips to apply to your everyday life, and learn about resources like the Diabetes Prevention Program. We will also create a super simple but delicious and nutritious recipe along the way.

Registration is free, but required.
