Step into the heart of an Italian kitchen and experience the joy of making pasta by hand—just like Nonna used to! 🇮🇹 Our Intro to Pasta-Making class is a fun, flour-dusted adventure through the basics of traditional Italian egg and water dough.
You’ll start with an aperitivo—think wine, snacks, and great conversation as you mingle with fellow pasta lovers. Then roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of mixing, kneading, and shaping fresh pasta from scratch. From silky ribbons of tagliatelle to rustic orecchiette and vibrant spinach dough, you’ll learn it all—with plenty of laughter and hands-on guidance along the way.
