Part of the annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival, this charming West Barnstable garden at 15 Saddler Lane will be open for tours on July 13 and July 17 from 10 AM to 4 PM.
The festival is a ten-day celebration of Cape Cod’s iconic blue, pink, and white hydrangeas—and all things garden—featuring daily tours of private spaces uniquely designed and maintained by local homeowners.
This garden, created by eliminating a traditional lawn, features over 650 plants in a mix of English cottage favorites, hydrangeas, Japanese maples, ornamental grasses, and rare varieties. Winding paths connect front and back gardens filled with creative ornaments and pollinator-friendly plantings, making it a neighborhood favorite and a personal gardening journey. On-street parking is available; dogs are welcome on leash. Accessibility is discretionary due to uneven terrain.
There will be a $5 entrance fee per person per garden, cash only
