Jedi, Sith, Smugglers, Ambassadors!
Every year I have been doing a Star Wars shoot on May 4th. Since Shutterfest fell so close to the date, we had to bump this year's shoot til the end of the month.
This is for all ages. So mom and dad, you can dress up too! Bring the whole family. Bring a friend or two!
And as a thank you to everyone who has been so supportive of Generation Next, this one is going to be FREE! That's right. No cost to you for this shoot. Tips are still appreciated.
This will be open to all models and non-models. So invite your friends, throw together a costume and come on out and have a blast!
I will have some props, supplies, etc for this. This is a time to get creative. One of my favorite things about this movie franchise is that they did a lot of repurposing and threw together outfits out of whatever was laying around. You don't have to go purchase an immaculate outfit. Wrap a sheet around you and throw on a belt. Put your hair in some pixie buns or dress in all black and do some creative Sith type makeup! Grab a squirt gun from 5 Below or the dollar store and spray paint it a metallic color to make a blaster! Or grab a wooden pole and decorate it to make a staff like Rey! wrap some hemp rope around parts of it to make it look cool.

Coruscant Creative! - The person to put together the most clever outfit for this will win one free admission to any Gen Next shoot or a private shoot of their own with Virtual Instinct Photography (expires end of the year).
Sly Smuggler! - The person who smuggles in the most new people to this event gets a free metal print of a photo taken at the event. YOUR choice of shot!
And last but not least-
King and Queen of the Wars! - This will be by crowd vote for the King and Queen who put the most overall effort into their character.
The King and Queen of the Wars will each get a lightsaber to take home with them.
