Join Susie Melott & Ryan Meisel for a night of live music and slow yoga. Susie will lead you through a very restorative practice while Ryan plays Native American flutes, saxophones, and Indigenous woodwinds, East Indian Bansuri, Lithuanian Skuduciai & Birbyne, Irish flutes & whistles, Slovakian Fujara, and Andean Pan Pipes. This will be a night to remember. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to rest deeply.
