Fitness Court Workout & Collaboration ☕- Sunday June 29th at 9am

Come join us at the fitness court for a *donation based* full body workout this Sunday June 29th at 9am. Suggested donation is $0-$25 for the class, any amount helps support my business! 🙌💪

Plus I've got an exciting collaboration ☕🥖Every attendee gets 20% off their drink of choice at a local West Allis women owned business afterwards- The Bread Pedalers! (1436 S 92nd St, West Allis) if you've never been, now is a great time to get your workout in and check out the amazing cafe after!

if you are a beginner or it's your first time at the court, no worries! I explain the movements and show modifications before the workout begins. It's a really welcoming, fun, and supportive environment to be in!
