Day Two-Restorative Heart Openers
Non-Profit of the Day-Dottke Project-Based Learning
Expect a very quiet class with slow movements and longer holds. Our focus will be opening our physical chest and energetic heart. We often become closed off to ourselves out of self-preservation. Learn how to listen to your heart's desire
Each day will have a different focus, but the overall focus of the summer will be creating a sense of safety in the physical and energetic bodies. Fridays and Sundays will be restorative in nature, the other days will be a variety of themes. Follow and share! I will be creating 30 different Facebook events that highlight each day's theme
The two most common questions I get are "What if I'm a total beginner?" I say that's perfect! Having a chance to practice something for 30 days in a row will help you to cultivate a true yoga practice, learning different techniques along the way.
And, "Do I have to attend every day?" You can attend one day or all thirty! Each class has it's own theme and vibe, you are very welcome to try some or all of them!
This 30 day event was created to give people a chance to really commit to their health and well-being without worrying about price. We do collect donations for 30 different West Allis Non-profits, but it's optional.
Each class holds something new, and everyone walks out feeling better than before.
There is sun and shade space available. We are outside most of the time, unless it is storming or pouring (yes, we have stayed outside in the drizzling rain!)
Mats available to borrow, please dress comfortably in clothes you can move around in.
