Executive function challenges are typically associated with ADD/ADHD, however, many individuals have difficulty staying focused, getting tasks completed, controlling impulses, and managing their emotions. This presentation is FREE to the community, designed to familiarize you with various executive function skills, and provide practical strategies to help support individuals who struggle with executive dysfunction.
