Led by Dr. Amreen Ali, a pediatric physical therapist and mom, this gentle and supportive session will walk you through what’s typical, what to keep an eye on, and when to seek support.

We’ll talk about:

• What early motor development really looks like
• Red flags to watch for (and when not to worry!)
• How feeding, tummy time, and positioning affect development
• How to support your baby’s growth and comfort from day one
