Wenatchee Valley Cornhole Regional #3!!
Friday Night Blind Draw @ Eagles Lodge (1/9/2026):
We'll be kicking off the regional with a Blind Draw Friday night. Door open at 4:30 PM and registration will close at 6:00. The teams will be generated shortly after.
4:30 PM - Doors Open
6:00 PM - Last call for check in followed by team generation and round robin games.
*Players will be asked required to register within their CPI tiering. This eliminates someone playing up and ruining someone's night or someone playing down and dominating a lower division.
Depending on amount of players Tiers maybe combine.
Details
Check in/Registration will begin at 5:30 with the blind draw team generation going out just after 6 once everyone is checked in. We'll start with 2 round robin followed by the double elimination tournament.
Saturday @ Eagles Lodge (1/10/2025):
9:00 AM - Doors open
10:00 AM - Singles - 3 divisions (1-2 round robin games)
BYOP to follow Singles. 3 divisions (2 round robin).
*Estimated duration of the singles tournament is dictated by player count. Our best guess is for all players to be at the venue by 2:00 PM to start warming up for BYOP if they did not play in the singles event.
Sit N Goes will be ran throughout the day as boards open up.
*Start time of the second event is hard to determine and will vary by game length and registration count. The estimated time is our best guess.
Venue Details:
We're excited to be back at the Wenatchee Eagles. We have unlimited space for boards so we will use as many as we feel is necessary for the tournament to flow properly.
- Food and drinks will be available. No outside food or drinks.
- We will be in the Eagles located between the buzz inn and sumo in Wenatchee. Please use the main doors.
- Chairs and tables will be provided with personal lawn chairs being acceptable.
No Alcohol in the Veterans Hall zero tolerance!!!! You may Drink anywhere else in the facility!
General Information:
-We urge players to get an ACL membership early in the season. Players without a membership get charged an extra $10 by the software per event and this is out of our control. The best thing we can do is inform our players and encourage them to get the gold membership early in the season so it pays for itself multiple times throughout the season.
-We're running an ACL Tour (Season) for all regionals this season. This is a points system for the ACL Regional season. This will be used to qualify for the region battle at the state event. We'll update players on the standings monthly. Players just have to play in regionals to get points.
-We will be starting a new mini game pot for the season. The events will change monthly and some tournaments we'll run it once or twice throughout the weekend. Mini games will consist of Airmail, Cash Push, Pile Up, Gauntlet, Airmail Gauntlet, etc. As players know, some games the pot will be an accumulation of ticket sales and a drawing, others will be a small fee to play with the winner taking the purse collected.
