Lifesaving Skills Workshop

Learn lifesaving skills with the Chelan-Douglas Health District Reserve Corps!

Join us for a two-part workshop that prepares you to take action in an emergency. With first responders typically 7-10 minutes away, your ability to respond quickly could save a life!

Stop the Bleed: Learn to control severe bleeding until help arrives by applying gauze, direct pressure, and a tourniquet. Please note: No blood or bloodlike materials will be used!

Naloxone Response: Learn how to recognize an opioid overdose and how to administer Narcan safely and effectively.
