Monthly In Person Meetup

Hi Everybody! Join me tomorrow, July 30th, for our support group free monthly in-person meetup event from 7pm to 9pm at Epoch (16 S. Wenatchee Ave).

Whether you’re navigating life with ADHD yourself, parenting a child with ADHD, working in mental health, or just passionate about promoting well-being — you are welcome here. This group is all about real talk, shared experiences, and building each other up.

Expect open conversations, useful strategies, and that feeling of finally being around people who get it. Let’s come together, support one another, and continue building the kind of ADHD community that makes a difference. Feel free to bring a friend and spread the word!
