Floating Sound Bath

Bathe in the tranquil sounds of crystal alchemy singing bowls and gentle chimes as you float in an aerial yoga hammock. Enjoy the feeling of being weightless and held while taking respite from the world for a while in this gentle restorative class.

Movement in this class only consists of some gentle stretching before getting into the hammock.

For those who prefer a more grounding experience, you are more than welcome to make yourself comfortable on the padded floor with bolsters and blankets instead of in the hammock.

Cost is $35 per person
