Sound Bath / Tibetan Bowls / Mediation / Reiki / Self Care

Come along to a wonderful inviting, warm and calm space to enjoy the sounds and vibrations of the beautiful Tibetan Bowls along with many other beautiful soothing instruments. All played softly to allow a fully embracing and harmonious experience.

Classes are small and with space around each person (Max 9 per class). No hard sell or gimmicks!!!, just an hour of calm and space held by 'Kerry' who has been practising for over two years in this hall.
Feel the benefits both physical and mental of taking a little time to slow down, reconnect and just breathe.
